Dribble the World is the first extension of Ball for Lives, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that exists to “offer the love of Jesus Christ to those in poverty and oppression around the world, by offering people in our own communities relationship and purpose with God and His Church.” We are followers of Jesus who are serious about being His hands and feet to a lost and dying world. Read about Dribble the World’s founder and how the movement was started HERE.
Dribble the World mobilizes people to dribble running events with the goal of raising awareness and funds for people in poverty around the world. In 2007, Dan Occhiogrosso dribbled the New York City Marathon with a basketball to raise funds and awareness for the orphans of Sub-Saharan Africa. Since then, over 25 running events have been dribbled across the continent to benefit different poverty issues around the world! Check out more about the amazing story God has written HERE.
The mission of Dribble the World is to see people all over the globe dribbling running events to raise AWARENESS and FUNDS for different poverty causes around the world. But we also believe that our vision can change lives right in our local communities. What do we want God to accomplished through these races? Read about our vision HERE!
